Hospital seeks extra supplies

Wednesday, March 25, 2020

In an effort to determine local availability and allocate resources, the Mississippi County Hospital System is asking local industries, businesses and individuals that might have extras of certain needed healthcare equipment and supplies should a shortage occur.

Critical items which are or will be needed include: facemasks (both N95 and basic surgical), Nitrite gloves, face shields, eye protection, protective overwear and hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent isopropyl alcohol.

If anyone has an available supply of any of these items, contact Felicia Pierce at 870-838-7463.

If anyone wishes to go ahead and donate, arrangements can be made to drop-off at the ambulance bay of both the South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center in Osceola or Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Any unused items can be returned.
